The student portal and online exams can only be accessed with a valid student number. You are responsible for keeping your student number secret and confidential, and for notifying us if you believe that your student number has been stolen or might otherwise be misused.
Refund Policy and Procedure
When a Learner requests a program cancellation, to withdraw from eAcademic Pros, or to drop a course, the refund policy will apply. Tuition refunds are issued when a learner prepays a portion or all of the tuition for the course session or program and a credit is due per the schedule below.
