In order to achieve such efforts, eAcademic Pros recently organized and conducted a successful conference on Managerial negotiations. It was a 3 day conference that was attended by graduates and undergraduates as well as by successful business professionals, who consistently follow the best managerial negotiation practices.

Mr. Ronaldo Kieth, Director Business Development of a reputed firm, spoke about the insinuation of varied theories and practices relevant to managerial negotiations in the business field. He comprehensively guided the attendees on improving negotiation practices and how they can develop effective skills for effectively dealing various real world scenarios. He also highlighted how we can learn negotiations skills from our managers and colleagues by thinking upon how they dealt in difference situations with their peers. Mr. Ronaldo also shared his real-world experiences and how he managed diverse scenarios with his negotiating abilities.

Head of Business Administration Department, presented real-world scenarios to the attendees and asked them to come up with their very own solutions. In this way, they were able to better assess their negotiation skills. Participants were easily able to evaluate the challenges and their skill level. Graduates and undergraduates appreciated the concept and were satisfied with the session conducted by eAcademic Pros.

Lastly, all participants of the conference were presented a CD that included all relevant strategies to foster managerial negotiation skills.
